My Nauvoo trip!

My granddaughter Maggie went on a youth church trip to Nauvoo, Illinois to visit church history sights. Jenni and I decided to follow along and then stay a while after for some "girl time"! Here is some of what we've done so far:

Jenni and I went to the temple for a little while on Friday. We enjoyed feeling the spirit inside.

New addition!

This is our new baby...Gus! He is an 8 week old Yorkie. He weighs 2 pounds! He is such a sweet, mild mannered little boy. Baby Jane isn't so sure of him, but she hasn't tried to kill him - that's a good start!

Welcome to our new blog! I have decided that it was about time to join the world of blogging - and I have promised to make every effort to blog about something at least once a week!
